We work with all athletes on developing skills such as speed, agility, power, and strength. No prior experience or training is necessary.

Seasoned Ladies

This is a class for the 55+ plus community. We focus on developing strength through functional movements in a way that translates into daily living routines.

Free Saturday community class

9 am every Saturday we all come together to throw down.

1:1 sessions

A private session can be booked with Lauren or Karol where we work to create personalized programming tailored to an individual’s needs. This is for individuals who have restrictions that need specific accommodations or performance goals they are trying to accomplish.
